Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

• Sessions are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A deposit may be required to secure your session date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the session date. Unpaid balances may delay gallery delivery.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

• If you need to reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible so your time can be released and reassigned.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your deposit and/or session fee.

• Refunds are not issued once a session has been completed due to the nature of digital products.

• Weather rescheduling may occur at the photographer’s discretion for safety or lighting concerns.

3. Timeliness

• Please arrive early to ensure the full session duration.

• Late arrivals reduce the available time but will not reduce the session fee.

4. Image Delivery & Turnaround Time

• Final edited images will be delivered via an online Pixieset gallery.

• Standard delivery turnaround is 7–21 days, depending on session type.

• Rush editing may be available upon request for an additional fee.

• Raw/unedited images are not provided, as they do not reflect the photographer’s professional work.

5. Copyright & Usage

• PureFocusByVictoria retains full copyright to all images taken at the session.

• Clients receive personal-use rights for viewing, sharing, and printing images.

• Images may not be edited, altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Model Release

• By booking, you grant PureFocusByVictoria permission to use images from your session for portfolio, marketing, website display, and social media purposes.

• If you wish to opt out, please submit a written request before your gallery is delivered.

7. Children & Minor Clients

• A parent or legal guardian must be present at sessions involving minors.

• The guardian is responsible for ensuring children remain safe and supervised at all times.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for personal appearance, clothing choices, and readiness at the time of the session.

• Please communicate any preferences or specific poses prior to or during the session.

9. Photographer Responsibilities

• PureFocusByVictoria agrees to provide professional service, deliver high-quality edited images, and maintain the safety and privacy of all clients.

• The photographer is not liable for circumstances outside reasonable control (weather, equipment failure, illness, or location restrictions).

10. Liability

• PureFocusByVictoria is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during the session.

• The photographer reserves the right to discontinue a session if safety concerns arise.
